Eliphas is the will of the Astral World whose only aim is to Rank-Up by destroying Barian World in the Yu-Gi-Oh! ZEXAL anime. He oversees entire dimension and entrusted Astral with the mission of destroying the Barian World.

During his duels, Eliphas is able to perform Shining Draw. He can appear teleport himself anywhere in the universe. He can shoot lightnings to any individual and call forth monsters for real such as hood dog.
History[]
Pre-Series[]
When the Barian World was once a fragment of the Astral World as lone world with the Power of Chaos existing in there world. When the denizens of the endangered world believed that they can “Rank-Up” in spiritual way by giving up Chaos. With that, denizens of this lone world with Chaos in their soul were exiled which by then creating the “Barian World” for souls with Chaos in them. Astral World becoming a world with no evil existing just a dimension where only to Rank-Up. With that, Eliphas was created as the will of Astral World and a being whose only aim is to Rank-Up. Eliphas ruled over the entire place and at some point entrusts Astral with the mission of destroying the Barian World in order to Rank-Up their world.
Yu-Gi-Oh! ZEXAL II[]
When Yuma Tsukumo arrived in the Astral World and infused plants with Power of Chaos, Eliphas first appeared before Yuma in a shrouded golden light and attacked him counter times but his attacks wore stopped by Rainbow Kuriboh. When Yuma finally finds where Astral is laying, Eliphas stands in his way and agrees he will let of Astral if Yuma defeats him in a duel.
