In human form, Semimaru has a gray skin quality with a sleeveless brown jacket, dark lenses, a collar and black pants clothing. He looks like his bald with little hair in middle. In his true form, he looks like a horrible bug humanoid, like any of the Monsters "Cicada" from his deck.
